1. Nature of Service
Revoo offers paid business listing and promotional services on a digital platform. Once a listing is published or promoted, the service is considered delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by the user.
- Payment deducted but listing not activated due to a technical error from our side.
- Incorrect plan charged due to a system error.
- Service not delivered as per the selected plan.
- All refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after listing activation.
- Dissatisfaction due to lack of leads, calls, or visibility.
- Listing removal requested by the business owner.
- Incorrect business information provided by the user.
- Failure to read service details before making payment.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in exceptional cases where:
- A paid service is partially delivered.
- A technical issue prevents full utilization of the plan.
- The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, at the sole discretion of Revoo.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Any payment gateway charges, taxes, or convenience fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Cancellation Policy
Once a paid listing is activated, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds unless covered under Section 2.
9. Policy Updates
Revoo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
